We are looking for a CSR to join our small, but growing Houston office.

The ideal candidate will become well-versed in the Eventus platform from top to bottom. Armed with expertise, they will give new customers a pleasant and confident onboarding experience, as well as provide timely support to requests from existing customers.

The ideal candidate will also be adaptable to the ambiguities of working at a startup. During seasonal down-time, the ideal candidate will be able to continuously be productive through tasks like market research, writing marketing content, and eventually igniting their own company initiatives.

Responsibilities of this Role

- Learn the Eventus Platform from top to bottom

- Provide onboarding support for newly signed customers

- Configure existing customer environments as needed

- Proactively study the digital events market and contribute new ideas

- Be adaptable and willing to work on tasks that fall outside the role
